Delivery

Most of our FREE shipping on small-sized orders, within the 48 states, are via FedEx Smartpost / UPS Sureposr / USPS Airmail. While the average delivery time is 3-5 days, please allow up to 7 days for these methods. Saddles or other larger orders are sent via Ground services.

If for any reason at all you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of the purchase for a credit, exchange, or refund.
However, the item must be in NEW condition, unused.  Before receiving credit, returns will also be inspected by returns department. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. Please return the item with the original packaging as well as the Return Packing Slip.  Your return credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.  All return packages must be trackable for the safety of both the customer and the business.  Shipping costs are refundable only if the issue lies on the fault of Hilason Saddles. For all other instances, the buyer pays for return shipping.  We will not assume responsibility for lost shipments.
