    Description

    You are bidding on a Wurlitzer Model
    High Fidelity Sound System
    tube amplifier from a jukebox.  The plate says it is a model 530, but another ebay just advised that this is a model 532 with the wrong top plate.  In any case, it is offered for parts or repair.  It appears to be mostly complete, all original, and unmodified, but is untested.  It has the tubes, and uses two 12AX7 drivers, a 6AN8, a 12AU7, a 6AU6, two 6L6 outputs, and a 5U4GB rectifier.  It needs a better cleaning, as I only wiped off some of the dirt with a damp cloth.  It has some slight rust, mainly on the transformers.  The power cord was very long, but had a frayed place, so I cut it off the save on shipping costs.  It appears that nothing has been done under the chassis toward restoration.  I notice that two of the phenolic control switches are broken, and it appears that a potentiometer has been removed from one side.  After restoration, it appears that it could be used as a power amp for HiFi with little or no modification.  The amp measures roughly 16 by 12 1/2 by 6 1/4 inches in size, not counting the controls.
    It is a quality tube amp needed for a jukebox restoration.
