Wurlitzer Jukebox Wall Box model 310 plastic

Description

Reproduction silkscreened plastic for the front of a Wurlitzer 310 Wall Box..  Measures 8" by 1.5"
WOULD NEED TO BE LAYED ON A WOODEN FORM THAT IS THE SAME SHAPE AS THE FRONT OF THE WALL BOX AND HEATED AT A LOW TEMPERATURE IN AN OVEN.
I've done these before and no longer have a 310 to get the proper shape.
