Vintage 1920s Hibbard 1 Gallon Utility Food & Beverage Jug Camping Thermos

Description

Nice vintage hot or cold beverage jug for camping or picnics. This one gallon jug was made around the 1920s (possibly a little earlier) by Hibbard, Spencer, & Bartlett Co., Chicago. It is made of aluminum and painted a very deep green color with the diamond shaped "Hibbard" sticker label. The label is torn on the left side and has a small circular spot missing close to that. This is a nice heavy duty jug lined inside with very thick ceramic. It has a metal screw on cap with an additional cork sealing cap within that. Handle has a carved wooden handle grip. Overall this is in good condition with some cosmetic scratches in the paint.
There is no damage to the inside ceramic liner so its possible you could still use this jug. Please refer to photos for more detail.
