New without tags BILLY ROYAL high quality stitched brown leather western tie down strap! New old stock tie down strap made by BILLY ROYAL and of superior quality to their modern tack. Expertly made, supple and high quality. New old stock, no tags, some light shop/storage wear present, but the leather is supple and wonderful. Brown in color with black stitching. Fully doubled and stitched leather. Scissor snaps on both ends. Length measured including snaps when on current (middle) setting is 47”. Width is 13/16”.
