Description
Cruzin Cooler Gas Model 33cc Blue. Condition is Used.We had two of these great, fun, little, motorized ice chests. This is the last one we have. Sad to see it go, but not using it.
I don't know how to revise the fast and free shipping.. It will be free unless you are close enough for the local pick-up and discount.. But I am not sure how fast it will be! I will need a couple of days to box it and it will probably ship UPS... So it will most likely take a week or slightly more. If you plan to meet me some where close to pick up, please email me to confirm first. I can only do this on certain days.
When tailgating, you will be the hit of the tailgating scene.
This gas Cruzin Cooler has not been made in quite a few years and this is a rare find.
I have owned it about 3 years but rarely used it.
We have just been too busy for tailgating and it needs a home where it will be appreciated.
It is in very good condition except for a couple of stains on the cooler around the drink holder (see photo).
It starts easily after the traditional 5-10 pushes on the priming button.
You will be the talk and envy of the party with everyone wishing they could ride their cooler to the event.
This little gas powered ride-able
cooler
is relatively quiet (see video), clean and can go about 13+ miles per hour if you are the daring type.. I DO NOT take responsibility for accidents. Drive carefully and as with any motorized vehicle, wear a helmet.
I also have a trailer available for this one in a separate ad and a brand new, in-box seat in a separate ad. The trailer is very similar to a Coologon, but is home made and probably better.
It has the following features:
Pull start
Functional
cooler
with drain .
Lid straps
15 miles per hour top speed .
300 pound weight capacity
Holds approximately 24 cans and 8 pounds of ice
Hitch for wagon, called a Coologon.
The Coolagons no longer available, but I have a home made one. .
Drink holder
This one has the back-rest seat, which was optional.
Steel reinforced frame
Aluminum rims, ball bearing wheels
Disc brake and a handle bar brake control.
Air pneumatic inflatable tires
No heat transfer from motor to
cooler
compartment
33cc 2 cycle motor
Adjustable handlebars (height)
Original tool kit
Original manual
It has been garage kept and other than a few scuffs and the already noted stains (see photo) due to age, but generally in great condition.
It is probably about 8 year old cooler.
We are the 2nd owner.
Anything wrong with it??
A few scratches here and there as normal wear for a cooler of this age, probably early 2000’s.
The gas tank previously had a plastic neck going to the exterior of the cooler to fill it will gas.
The plastic neck broke off and we replaced it with a gas approved 90
o
hose from the car parts store.
This fit very well and very secure, but we also sealed it heat resistant gasket sealer.
It seems to work very well, with no gas leaks but the gas should not be filled above ¾ full in the tank.
See 2 photos of gas tank.
The right foot rests is missing a black insert. You might be able to buy this at a hardware store.
Ihave not looked.
This does not affect it in any way.
The rear tire appears to be a little low of air.
You can add a tube to the tire.
They are sold on the website and I will send one along, so you can install this.
There is also a bit of some substance on the outside of the drive tire (that is a little low of air). Possibly the owner before us added some substance to the tire. It has always worked for us and I don't think this will hurt anything.
More Info:
I have a video of my daughter riding a similar one. It was identical. She refused to make another video since this one is the exact same.
She is 5’10” for comparison.
See link..
I was laughing a little while filming, so sorry for the background noise.
A neighbor came over and had to watch the girl riding her ice chest!
https://youtu.be/8Hepz1_8qVs
In the video it is smoking a little because we had the gas mixed a little too rich.
You can read more about the Cruzin Coolers and how to mix gas for it at the Cruzin Cooler website.
They still make the electric models, but discontinued the gas ones years ago.
Rumor has it that they were too fast.
.
This is a real collector’s item and a rare find.
Approximate overall size is 25” x 38” x 15”
This is sold as is with no returns, so please ask any questions and visit the Cruzin Cooler website before bidding.

I will have the gas tank drained and cleaned with alcohol.

) in the price and lit it as free shipping.
