    Description

    Circle Y of Yoakum - Unique Breast Collar "Tie-up"/Wither Strap with Basket Weave Tooling and Dark Brown Leather Inlay with Stainless Steel Spots with accenting black leather underneath.  Dark oil leather with antique wash.  Dark brown colored stitching.   Stainless steel scissor snaps and adjustable with buckles on both sides.  Just short of 1 1/2" wide at the widest point and adjusts between 19"-22"  long.  Live photos are of the actual item you will receive, tag description says black inlay, but this one is more brown.
