    A brand new breast collar hand made in our West Coast Tack custom leather shop.    Made in the U.S.A.  Heavy Duty roper style breast collar.
    Hermann Oak old world harness leather with Wickett & Craig navy blue harness leather overlay.    Doubled and stitched.   Stainless steel hardware and one inch uptugs.    The breast collar is 2 3/4 inches at the widest point and tapers to 2 1/4 inches.      It is an average horse size.
