BISSELL SpotClean ProHeat Portable Spot and Stain Carpet Cleaner, 2694, Blue
This carpet cleaner came to us in a lot of Amazon returns, it looked to be  used, with only slight signs of dirt, but has some scuffs on the bottom, from poor packing on return. The hydro rinse tool was missing, as was the trial formula.  We tested it thoroughly, and found it to be in excellent working condition.
It was then cleaned and carefully repacked for shipment.
